The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) Grain School 2021 is going online! This year’s theme focuses on taking the time with heritage grains to learn, experiment, diversify, collaborate, and celebrate! Join in with free monthly public Zoom forums and affordable online and remote hands-on experiences in farming, baking and cooking. Grain School is jointly organized by the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) Helen & Arthur E. Johnson Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences, the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union and the Colorado Grain Chain. The Colorado Grain Chain is a 501(c)5 membership organization comprised of locally-owned and-operated businesses and consumers that produce and support grain and grain products from heritage, ancient and locally-adapted grain. Founding members are farmers, millers, bakers, brewers, distillers and chefs.
